JavaScript was made by Bredan Eich who was working Netscape Communications Corporation. When it was born, it called LiveScript
but in 1995 , Sun Microsystems which is called Oracle Corporation now made programming language "Java" which was really famous at that time . Netscape and Microsystems were business tie-up so it changed to call JavaScript .
In 1996 , It loaded Internet Explorer 3.0 of Microsoft and it became common rapidly because it is simple and convenient.
In 1997, Ecma International which is international organization that develops standards for communication . The core specification of JavaScript was standardized as ECMAScript and that it was able to be used by many web browsers.
